An episode at work left me experiencing a lot of shame and left me questioning qualities I thought I had. I was in a position where I had to internalise a lot of my emotions as talking about my experience to my boss would have only made the situation worse; this made me feel tearful, anxious and isolated. Talking to Pushpa enabled me to find practical tools I could use which were easy to apply and transferable for wherever I went. I was amazed at how quickly the strength of my emotional distress decreased; they were literally reduced in a couple of minutes. Without hesitation, and from the amazing results I achieved in such a short space of time, I would highly recommend giving TFT a go.
